The next iteration of the PoC (in progress) will use QR instead of NFC because 1) it's more self-explanatory, and 2) iPhones with automatic background NFC tag reading (iPhone XS, XR, and newer) don't yet have great enough market share (seen here: dev iPhone 7 with manually-activated NFC tag reading). But NFC will be back! ✨
This design is sized up for visual presence and to accommodate dev boards. Look for it to evolve soon! 📐
